MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Providing service dogs for disabled Veterans and first responders in need.
Veterans and First Responders per day commit suicide
Veterans and First Responders suffer from PTSD
Veterans and First Responders are homeless
Projects to help them
Corsos for Heroes donates Cane Corsos to United States Veterans and First Responders in need. We strive to help these brave men and women by finding the perfect match of a canine companion for them. Each dog is trained for the specific needs of the Veteran and First Responders.
Our founder, Harry Toro is a member of a military family. He is devoted to helping our Veterans and First Responders return to civilian life after their service for the country ends by providing trained service dogs at no cost to the veteran.
Qualify for a donated companion
If applicants are first responders they need to have been injured during the performance of their duties to be considered. If the applicant is a veteran, they must have been wounded in combat to qualify for a service dog.
How you can help
Corsos for Heroes breeds and raises Cane Corsos. These large breed dogs are great companions and they require lots of attention and love. Maintaining a clean, healthy environment for lots of dogs is expensive and time-consuming. Donations of the following items will help greatly!
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goal of supplying Service dogs to Veterans and First Responders in need. Your generous donation will help fund our mission.
